- NA Environmental Consulting Services, Various Locations through North Atlantic Division (Northeastern to Mid Atlantic United States and Adjacent Coastal Waters). This will be an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity firm fixed price contract. The offeror will be evaluated on professional capabilities, familiarity with federal and state environmental laws and regulations, and ecological issues in the Northeast and Mid Atlantic states of the United States and their adjacent coastal waters, and price. The of feror will also be evaluated on knowledge of the requirements of the National Environmental Policy Act, ecological risk assessment procedures, the Marine Protection, Research and Sanctuaries Act (particularly Ocean Disposal Act suitability testing) and Cor ps of Engineers Water Resources Planning procedures. This will be a contract with a maximum of $3 million dollar base period limit with four $3 million dollar optional periods.
