- NA DESC: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in the notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Reques t for Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation DAHA22-02-T-0015 applies and is issued as a Request for Quotation. This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acqu isition Circular 97-14. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 115112 size standard is $5.0 Million. The following is intended to be purchased for the Government: 200 each 2-1/2 gallon containers of Chemical Nonselective Herbicide Weed Killer for Lawn and Garden use to be delivered to Camp Shelby, Mississippi.
