- Description
- The GLAC (Great Lakes Acquisition Center) is planning to negotiate a sole source procurement from Spectrum Medical Leasing for the buyout of Horizon NXT Infusion Pumps currently being leased by the Hines VA Hospital, Hines, IL. This is considered to be a sole source because the current lease expires and the VA is choosing the option to buy the pumps. Other sources that believe they can meet VA needs must furnish product information and references to this office by no later than 2:00 p.m. on March 5, 2002.
