- Description
- Provide Medical Transcription Services for the Radiology Department to include but not be limited to the following: Contractor shall be able to transcribe into the VA VISTA computer system in Radiology via a dial-in connection. In the event of downtime on the part of the Transcription service, contractor shall provide for a contingency plan, e.g., dictation to tape and the contractor shall provide pick up service for the tapes at the end of the business day. In addition to knowledge of medical terminology, the contractor shall also be familiar with Radiology terminology. Turn around time for the transcription shall be 24 hours or less not including weekends. NAICS Code for this acquisition is 561492 and the Small Business Size Standard is $5.0 million.
