- This Commercial Item solicitation will be issued as per PART 12 of the FAR. The NAICS is 212321 with a Small Business Administration Size classification of 500 employees. This solicitation is set-aside for small business. This is a requirements contract for the supply, delivery, and spread of various types of aggregate, asphalt concrete, and asphalt patching mix. Delivery will be to various locations on the Eldorado National Forest. Deliveries will take place between April 15, 2002 and December 31, 2002. The solicitation will be posted in FedBizOpps on approximately March 7, 2002. Responses are due on March 14, 2002 by close of business (4:30 pm).
