- Service: The Defense Supply Center Richmond has a requirement for a contractor to provide labor and personnel to operate the outdoor swimming pool located at the Center during the 2002 season. The contractor shall (1) provide lifeguard service for the pool; (2) provide swimming instruction; (3) provide maintenance of the swimming pool operation; (4) implement necessary safety requirements; and (5) implement miscellaneous requirements. All the listed requirements are explained in detail in the Statement of Work which will be included in the solicitation. Period of Performance: May 22, 2002 - September 6, 2002.
