- DESCRIPTION: General Services Administration is interested in Leasing approximately 8,255 net rentable square feet of office space which will produce approximately 7,178 ? 7,537 BOMA usable square feet for the Internal Revenue Service. On site parking is required for approximately 40 employees, visitors and handicap. UNIQUE REQUIREMENTS: None LOCATION: The space must be located within the city limits of Santa Fe, NM within the boundaries of Paseo De Peralta on the north, Rodeo Road on the south, Cerillos Road on the west, Old Pecos Trail on the east. TERM: The space is required for 10 years with the Government provided termination rights after 7 years of occupancy. Expressions of interest must be submitted in writing no later than March 5, 2002, and should include the following information: Street Address and Building Name, if applicable; Square Footage offered; Name, Address, and Phone Number of Individual to be contacted; Evidence of Authority to represent the owner. AUTHORIZED CONTACTS; In no event shall the offeror enter into negotiations concerning the space to be leased with representatives of Federal Agencies other than the officers and employees of General Services Administration.
