- Description
- The Internal Revenue Service has a requirement for software maintenance and technical support for Epic Editor fixed licences, EPIC Architect, Web Wireless Compose concurrent licenses, Print Composer concurrent license, Print Composer fixed licenses, EPIC Interchange fixed licenses, EPIC Interchange, and EPIC Editor concurrent licenses. It is the intent of the Government to negotiate on a sole source basis as a Commercial Item Acquisition in accordance to FAR Part 12, with Arbortext, Inc., 1000 Victors Way, Suite 400, Ann Arbor, MI 48108. Interested vendors may submit a capability statements within 7 days after publication of this notice. This Procurement is being conducted under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures FAR Part 13 (NTE) $100,000). *See Note 22*
