- *********** THE PURPOSE OF THIS MODIFICATION IS TO CORRECT THE AMOUNT OF ACCESS TERMINALS AND DATA CAPTURE SOFTWARE SERVICES INDICATED ON THE ORIGINAL SYNOPSIS AND TO ADD A LINE ITEM FOR MISCELLANEOUS SERVICES. THE ACCESS TERMINALS SHALL REFLECT A TOTAL NUMBER OF 25 EACH. THE DATA CAPTURE SOFTWARE LICENSE RENEWAL SHALL REFLECT A TOTAL OF 4 EACH. A NEW LINE ITEM FOR MISCELLANEOUS SERVICES WILL BE ADDED WHICH PROVIDES SUPPORT SERVICES AND TRAINING IF NEEDED. *********** THIS ANNOUNCEMENT WILL CLOSE AT 5:00 P.M. EASTERN STANDARD TIME ON FEBRUARY 22,2002. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This support will be provided for a 1 year service agreement from the date of award, 7 days a week, (24) hours per day. Destination to the Rockville Laboratory. This award will be made utilizing the Simplified Acquisition Procedures under FAR Subpart 13.5. All interested parties must submit a technical proposal that demonstrates capability to provide maintenance services to the eiStream Kofile, Inc. including cost, and acceptance of payment via EFT.
