- Provide analytical, scientific, test and engineering expertise for evaluations, recommendations and developments regarding a. Corrosion technology and testing support services including evaluation of corrosion issues, research on advanced materials, coatings and methods of monitoring and detecting corrosion on equipment such as advanced Command, Control, Communications and Computer (C4) electronics and support equipment; b. Life-cycle environmental support services including pollution prevention assessments, environmental costs analysis, design for environment, electronic equipment recycling technologies and demonstration and validation, and environmental technology consulting; c. Manufacturing technology studies and support services using models, simulations, analyses, training and demonstration, as well as the integrating of these elements into both existing and emerging programs; d. Training and education support including models, simulations, multimedia materials, analyses, training, and studies, as well as the integration of these elements into both existing and emerging programs; e. Information technology support services including E-Business, Business Case Analysis, Legacy Data Management, Supply Chain Solutions, and Website development and hosting. An indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity, cost plus fixed fee contract is planned, with a base period of one year, with two one-year options.
