- Description
- The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center (FISC) Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia intends to acquire Acquisition Knowledge Management, Information Technology, Financial, and Program Management support for the Department of the Navy Acquisition Reform Office (ARO). The services for this acquisition will include Knowledge Management Support, Strategic and Tactical Planning, Contract Management, Risk Management, Systems Engineering Management Support, Total Ownership Cost Management, Information Technology Assistance, Financial Management Support, Website Maintenance and Content Management, and General Program Management Support Assistance. The services are anticipated to commence 1 September 2002 and continue through 31 August 2003, with four (4) One-year option periods. A cost plus fixed fee contract is contemplated.
