Description: This corrects previous notice of 12 FEB 02. The Navy intends to award a sole source contract to Rockwell Collins Govt. Systems, Cedar Rapids, IA for program and technical support as related to the Global Positioning System (GPS) Selective Availability Anti-Spoofing Module (SAASM) receiver for the High speed Anti-Radiation Missile (HARM) Precision Navigation Upgrade (PNU) program. Support shall require briefing material preparation, follow-on responses to technical questions, trade studies and/or engineering analysis. See note 22
