- The solicitation will be available at http://ideasec.nbc.gov on or about Wednesday, March 6, 2002. TELEPHONE REQUESTS FOR THE SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. The work of this contract consists of the pointing, cleaning, and sealing of the Bridge Street Side of the Boott Cotton Mills Museum, Lowell National Historical Park, Lowell, MA. The estimated construction range is between $100,000 and $250,000. NAICS code 235410, $11.5 million. Time for completion is 120 calendar days. Bid opening date of April 5, 2002 is approximate; actual date will be established at the time bidding documents are available. This solicitation is subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program and is subject to full and open competition. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the agency. Paper copies of this solicitation will not be made available.
