- ADVERTISEMENT FOR APPRAISAL SERVICES The Solicitation will be available at the http://ideasec.nbc.gov website on or about February 20, 2002. TELEPHONE REQUESTS FOR THE SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED - COPIES OF THE PROPOSAL MUST BE RECEIVED IN THIS OFFICE BY 5:00 P.M. ON THE CLOSING DATE: APRIL 3, 2002. The Government requests the offerors to submit a bid for an hourly rate for appraisal services which will include appraisal reports, (complete, summary and/or restricted), appraisal updates, appraisal consultation services (comparable sales/rental data, feasibility studies, market studies, reviews of landowner's appraisal, landowner conferences etc), field reviews, letter addenda, and Appraisal Revisions as described herein.
