Description

NA Madigan Army Medical Center, Tacoma, WA intends to establish a firm fixed price contract that will provide for the services of Refractive Laser Surgery with an established eye care center within the locality of Madigan. The established eye center shall be able to provide FDA approved excimer laser that is capable of correcting Hyperopia, Myopia and Myopic Astigmatism, offers PRK and LASIK surgical support, and the following personnel, preoperative ophthalmic technician, Keratome technician, and secretary/re ceptionist. The quotation number is DADA13-02-T-0028. The NAICS code is 621320 and the size standard is $5 million.
