Description

NA AVIATION MAINTENANCE SUPPORT, FORT LEWIS, WASHINGTON. The Directorate of Contracting, Fort Lewis, Washington, is hereby soliciting information for potential sources sought for Aviation Maintenance Support, Fort Lewis, Washington. The scope of work provid es phase/periodic, AVUM, AVIM, Depot, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance support on U.S. Army Aircraft. The Contracting Office at Fort Lewis, Washington, anticipates issuing a Request for Proposal for a base and four one-year option periods. Contracto rs are expected to provide all management, labor and common tools required for the functions listed. All responses to any subsequent Request for Proposal will require complete technical, management and price proposal with associated supporting documentati on. This is not a solicitation or announcement for proposals and no contract will be awarded from this announcement. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement. No telephone calls r equesting a bid package or solicitation will be accepted or acknowledged. Interested sources should provide their company name, address, point of contact, Dun and Bradstreet Number, CAGE code and size of business. Interested parties should transmit the re quested information to Ms. Kimberly McFall by email to kim.mcfall@lewis.army.mil . Your response is requested within 30 days of publication of this notice. Participation in this effort is strictly voluntary with no cost or obligation to be incurred by the Government. Any information received is solely for the purpose of market research. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. Respondents may be contacted regarding their submission or information gathered as a result of t his notice. When the solicitation is issued, it will be announced in the fedbizopps and all interested parties must respond to that solicitation announcement separately from the responses to this announcement. Response to this sources sought synopsis is N OT a request to be added to a prospective bidder?s list or to receive a copy of the solicitation.
