- Description
- This is a notice of intent to solicit and negotiate a sole-source order with Microsoft Corporation for an upgrade to Premier Support Services for USCENTCOM at MacDill AFB, Florida. MacDill AFB intends to issue a purchase order to Microsoft Corporation under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 ? Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Interested persons may express their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice is NOT a request for competitive proposals. This is a combine synopsis/solicitation per FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-04. FAR provisions 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors ? Commercial Items, and 52.212-2 Evaluation ? Commercial Items apply to this acquisition. The offer shall be evaluated for fair and reasonable price, technical acceptability, adherence to applicable clauses and provisions, as well as a satisfactory past performance record. Additional FAR and DFARS clauses: 52.212-4, 52.212-5, 52.222-21, 52.222-26, 52.222-35, 52.222-36, 52.222-37, 52.222-19, 52.225-13, 52.232-33, 252.212-7001, 252.225-7001, 252.247-7024.
