- This modification of synopsis is to change the solicitation number of subject solicitation FROM: F09603-02-R-0007 TO: F09603-02-Q-00007. Synopsis: This is a SOLE SOURCE fixed-price spare buy solicitation for 10 each radio navigation receivers, NSN 5826-01-479-7796CX, P/N 622-1275-002, applicable to ARN-108. Delivery: 2 each per month starting Apr 2003. The solicitation will be faxed to Rockwell Collins with the approximate response date of 29 Mar 2002. The buyer is Ruby McCarty, WR-ALC/LYKB, 380 Richard Ray Blvd, Suite 104, Robins AFB GA 31098-1638. Telephone 478-926-7148, FAX 478.926.7530, e-mail Ruby.McCarty@robins.af.mil. Only written or faxed requests received directly from the requestors are acceptable. The request for solicitation should contain Company Name, Address, Point of Contact, Cage code Number, Size of Business pursuant to NAICS 334511, 750 employees. Sole Source to: Rockwell Collins, Cage Code 13499. All potential offerors should contact the buyer/PCO identified above for additional information and/or to communicate concerns, if any, concerning this acquisition. If the contracting officer does not satisfy your concerns, an Ombudsman has been appointed to hear serious concerns that are not resolved through established channels. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate serious contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate Government personnel.
