- PR NR: FD2020-02-61001. The purpose of this PR is to establish a modification contract with Astronautics for the modification ten spare Aft Seat HUD Monitor to the Night Vision Imaging System configuration. Delivery sched: 2 ea per month for five months. Ship to: Hill AFB, UT 84056. The anticipated award date will be 11 APR 2002. Electronic procedure will be used for this solicitation. To: Astronautics Corp Of America, Milwaukee Wi 53209-0000. An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate contractor, concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to the source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals or in the source selection process. Interested parties are invited to call the Ombudsman listed below if your concerns are not satisfied by the contracting officer.
