Specifications, plans or drawings relating to this procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the government. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors described in the solicitation; Other than full and open competition. Origin inspection required. Government First Article Test consisting of two (2) samples are required. Delivery requested: 140 DARO; Quantity: 41 each, Line 0001 for 41 each to be delivered to New Cumberland, PA. See note 26.
