- Description
- The Architect of the Capitol is seeking all qualified sources who are interested in submitting an offer for this construction project. The work includes, but is not limited to, providing all plant, labor, materials and equipment necessary for installing a fall protection system for the roofs on three U.S. Capitol House Office Buildings in Washington DC. The primary work consists of fabrication and installation of new railings, stainless steel anchors along roof gutters, slings at chimneys, aluminum ladders at parapets, framing, miscellaneous fabrications, and exterior lead abatement as described in the specifications and drawings. Magnitude of this project is between $250,000 to $500,000. A request for the solicitation package is accepted by either a fax to 202-225-3221 or emailed to mbrewin@aoc.gov on company letterhead referencing the RFP No. 020037. A Bid Bond must accompany your offer. Please no telephone request.
