- NA This solicitation for commercial services is prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12, as supplemented with additional information. Technology Applications intends to award a firm fixed price contract for a contractor to develop, enhance, and consolidate e xisting databases supporting various information systems and functions into the modular OMNIS-7 Relational Database. This effort encompasses additional development, enhancements and support of existing software applications presently developed in OMNIS 7 supporting the functional areas of: Finance & Accounting, Logistics Operations to include property accountability and Property Book Operations, Security and Operations Security forms, surveys and tables, Systems Analysis to include DITSCAP support of equip ment/system identification and layout, Personnel Records Management to include security and training records, Project Management, Purchase Request and Commitment tracking, Receiving Reports, Invoice tracking and payment documentation, and Contracting and A cquisition services. The successful contractor must have a current Top Secret Security Clearance and experience with the Omnis 7 software at time of award. The contract will be a level of effort-minimum $50,000.00, maximum $500,000.00 up to 60 months. ALL REQUESTS and QUESTIONS MUST BE IN WRITING. Offers are due by close of business (1600 hrs) 15 Mar 02. The provisions at FAR 52.212-1, Instruction for Offerors?Commercial Items applies. FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation?Commercial Items is incorporated. Award will be based upon Technical Ability, Past Performance and Cost representing overall best value. Offerors are to include a completed copy of the provisions at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Certifications and Representations. The clause FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Order?Commercial Items. Additional FAR and DFARS clauses are incorporated into the RFP. Offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry (CCR) to be eligible for award.
