- Description
- Provide all necessary management, quality control, labor, materials, and equipment required to construct new Dining Facility (Bldg. #26) at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center, Artesia, New Mexico. This new dining facility will be approximately 20,000 SF with approximately 11,000 SF of this space being designated to the kitchen, food preparation and serving lines, and 8,000 SF for seating and dining. Construction duration will be one (1) year. The dollar value of this requisition is estimated at a range of between $1M and d$5M, NAISC #233320, business size standard $27.5. This solicitation is an Invitation For Bid, full and open competition. Award shall be made to the lowest priced responsive and responsible offeror. We anticipate this solicitation will be available on or about February 20, 2002 at www.eps.gov for viewing, downloading, and/or printing. This solicitation will be made available from the aforementioned web site and hard copy. Hard copies of the solicitation are in limited qualities. To request a hard copy, please mail a $50.00 non-refundable check or money order (made payable to Department of the Treasury) to The Federal Law Enforcement Training Center, Procurement Division, Attn: Erin Wofford, Bldg. 93, Glynco, GA 31524. The Government contemplates award of a firm-fixed construction contract resulting from this solicitation.
