- 17. NUWC Division Keyport is contemplating a sole source purchase order with A & J Manufacturing for two 72? medium duty rack, model no. 9550-1000 and one electrical equipment rack, model 9584-2000 and. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is N00253-02-Q-0083 and is issued as a Request for Quote. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular No. 19. Line item 0001 ? two each enclosure, medium duty, 72?x30?x22.31? medium duty rack with front and rear retma rails, side panels, rear panels, isolators, st abilizers, top panel, split bottom panel, vents, 2 ? 200 cfm fan assembly. Top and split bottom panel, front and rear retma rails, side panels .09? thick, rear panels .09? thick, fan assembly, isolator and stabilizer assemblies in accordance with MIL-S-901 Shock and MIL-STD-167-1 vibration, constructed with 6061-T-Alum material; Line Item 0002 - one each 3 bay medium duty rack. Each bay to consist of 72?hx30?dx22.31?w enclosure, top and split bottom panel, front and rar retma rails, intermediate retma rails, 48? power strip (8 outlets), buss bar, rear panel .125? thick, fan assembly, stabilizer assembly, isolator assembly. Stabilizer and isolator assemblies to be in accordance with MIL-STD-137-1 and MIL-S-901 in shock and vibration. Joining strip kit, side panels .09? thick on bay 1 and bay 3. Hole pattern drilled in side assembly. Color ? standard Navy Gray. The followi ng provisions applies to this solicitation 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors; 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications ? Commercial Items; 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions ? Commercial Items, 52-212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions ? Commercial Items. Simplified Acquisition Procedures apply. Responses shall be due no later than 1600 hours PT on 20 February 2002. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which if timely received will be considered by this agency.
