The process for obtaining copies of the solicitation package including drawings and technical specifications has changed. Faxed or mailed requests for the solicitation will no longer apply. No hard copies of the solicitation package will be mailed or issued. The solicitation with specifications and drawings will be posted to the websites, http://www.fedbizopps.gov and http://ideasec.nbc.gov on or about February 19, 2002. To receive the bid package you must download it from http://ideasec.nbc.gov. The bid opening date will be March 25, 2002 at 2:00 p.m. eastern standard time.
