- NA 17. PRON: AX2C0024AX, NSN: 5315-01-295-7008, PN: 114R2197-7, Quantity 150 each min./ 750 each max., this will be a five year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity requirement, applicable to the CHINOOK. F.O.B. Origin with delivery to Texarkana, TX. Required delivery with First Article Testing is 150 each 315 DACA, first article test report due 198 DACA. Required delivery without first article test is 150 each 210 DACA. This item is restricted to Fenn Manufacturing Co., 300 Fenn Road, Newington, C T 06111 and The Boeing Company, Boeing Helicopter, Route 291 & Stewart Ave., Ridley Park, PA 19078-1099. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be ad justed dependent upon the date of release of solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. This part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil /cmo/ and looking under SAR information. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. Foreign firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. This Acquisition Contains Techni cal Data whose export is restricted by The Arms Export Control Act (Title 22, USC., SEC 2751 ET SEQ) or The Export Administration Act (Title 50, USC., APP 2401-2402) Executive order 121470.
