- Description
- The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and other items and services necessary to perform chartered bus services from Yokohama North Dock, Mizuho-cho, Kanagwa-ku, Yokohama-shi, Kanagawa-ken, to Japan Ground Self Defense Force (JGSDF) Sekiyama Training Area, Miyoko-mura, Nakakubiki-gun, Niigata-ken, when, as and if scheduled by the Ordering Officer at any time during the performance period. The service shall be performed by four (4) tour-type buses, forty-five (45) passenger capacity, excluding auxiliary/jump seats. The Contractor shall perform the service in accordance with the terms and conditions stipulated in the resultant Purchase Order, applicable Japanese Government laws and trade practices. NOTE: THIS PROJECT WILL BE PERFORMED IN ITS ENTIRETY IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN. THE SUCCESSFUL OFFER MUST BE LICENSED AND REGISTERED TO PERFORM THE SERVICE IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN.
