- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) sub part 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a quote is requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) FB206713390052 Warner Robins Air Logistics Center, Robins AFB, GA. This requirement is for the purchase of the following item: Extended Life Polyurethane Mil-PRF-85285, TY 1, Performance Coating Fed STD 595 color is 36118. One gallon Kit camouflage, lusterless, flat. Deft P/N 99GY013CAT. Estimated Quantity 300 Kits. Delivery will be made to SBSS Operations Bldg 351 SE COR FB2067, 775 Peacekeeper Way Robins AFB, GA within 15 days after receipt of Purchase Order. The resulting contract will be Firm Fixed Price. Solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-03. This is a Small Business Set-Aside 100 percent. NAICS is 325510 and small business size is 500 Assets shall be delivered FOB Destination. The following incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2001-03 and are applicable to this solicitation: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-4,Contract Terms and Conditions--Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders--Commercial Items; Offerors must include (1) a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications--Commercial Items, (2)Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code, Contractor Establishment Code (DUNS number), and Tax Identification number; 52.232-33 Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer -- Central Contractor Registration; 52.247-1, Commercial Bill of Lading Notations; 252.204-7004, Required Central Contractor Registration, and all applicable provisions required by Statute, Executive Order, Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and FAR Supplements. In accordance with clause 52.212-2, the evaluation factors shall be: price and price related factors. Oral procedures will be used for this solicitation.
