- The Veterans Affairs Illiana Health Care System is soliciting bids for Danville National Cemetery, Danville, Illinois for a Thwaites Model 5000H power swivel dumper brand name or equal that shall meet the salient characteristics identified in the solicitation that includes but is not limited to 4 wheel drive, self propelled, articulating dumper with 49 to 60 cubic feet capacity with a power swivel skip, rotating through 180 degrees operated by a single dual axis control level, minimum operating unladen weight of 4,114 pounds, hydrostatic power steering with return filtration, three cylinder diesel engine, 29-39 horse power, water cooled, electric start, anti-vandal key system, and heavy duty air cleaner; hydrostatic transmission with 2 speeds forward and reverse controlled by column mounted lever for operator safety and convenience, inching pedal; adjustable suspension seat accessible from both sides; hydraulically operated skip box, front mounted with power rotation to 180 degrees; frame and canopy equipped with the ISO and SAE approved ROPS frame and FOPS canopy, etc. This is an unrestricted procurement. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) No. 33120 applies to this procurement. A business is considered small if it has less than 750 employees.
