- Description
- Hanford Environmental Health Foundation (HEHF) the occupational medical contractor at the Hanford site located in Richland, Washington, is currently seeking interested sources to provide clinical laboratory services in Richland, Washington. The anticipated contract will be on a fixed unit price basis and have an initial term of 18 months, with two one year renewal options. Respondents must be those established and licensed in the state of Washington and meet all applicable state and federal requirements pertaining to such operations. Seller shall hold current certification by Health and Human Services (HHS) under the National Laboratory Certification Program in compliance with the Department of Transportation (DOT) standards. The laboratory must comply with all applicable requirements of HHS in testing DOT specimens. Seller shall hold current laboratory certification by the Substance Abuse Mental Helth Services Administration. Seller shall hold current laoratory accreditation by the College of American Pathologists Laboratory Accreditation Program. The laboratory personnel shall have documented scientific qualifications in analytical forensic toxicology.
