- PR No. YPG02028001610. This solicitation will contain 1 NSN 1680-00-630-5045; Screwjack Assy, Actu. Quantity 60 each. 100% options applies. Source: Smith Industries Actuation System Inc. Cage 81039; P/N E4218M1. FOB and I&A origin. Requested delivery 261 DARO. The approximate issue date for the solicitation is March 15, 2002. DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package available for the NSN. The final award decision may be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. You must fill out a complete solicitation package in order to be evaluated. A letter RFP (offer) is not acceptable unless you are quoting IAW a BOA. EBB quotations are not acceptable.
