Description
This Amendment 4 provides: 1) new and additional information on the due date for receipt of proposals; 2) a complete listing of all of the line items (including NEW and MODIFIED line items) with the descriptions for this RFP; and 3) additional information needed for offerors to complete their proposals. The RFP receipt date remains February 19, 2002.
