- Description
- The purpose of this contract is to procure the administrative/logistical and program services for the Special Advisor located in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan (see RFP# EF116-02-004). The contractor will provide services falling under the following major categories: 1. Staffing and general administrative support; 2. Small grants program; 3. Travel and transportation arrangements (reservations, etc.); 4. Communications (tel/fax/internet). NAICS: 561, Order of Magnitude Threshold: (Estimated) Not To Exceed $400,000, Competition Level: Full and Open and Numbered Note 12 applies: 12. One or more of the items under this acquisition may be subject to an Agreement on Government Procurement approved and implemented in the United States by the Trade Agreements Act of 1979. All offers shall be in the English language and in U.S. dollars. All interested suppliers may submit an offer.
