- Description
- The purpose of this contract is to procure the services of a highly qualified legal expert [a (Special Advisor) or (SA)] who can be called upon as and when needed by USAID/CAR to provide special legal and technical advice and assistance in furtherance of USAIDs projects and the interests of the United States Government in the Kyrgyz Republic. It is presently anticipated that the Special Advisor will be located in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan, would be used primarily, but not entirely, in the context of economic development projects in the Kyrgyz Republic. However, the Special Advisor may also be called upon to provide general assistance in other technical areas, as needed. This is a part time (maximum 195 working days per calendar year) position. NAICS: 54119, Order of Magnitude Threshold: (Estimated) Not To Exceed $ 520,000, Competition Level: Partial Small Business and Numbered Note 12 applies: 12. One or more of the items under this acquisition may be subject to an Agreement on Government Procurement approved and implemented in the United States by the Trade Agreements Act of 1979. All offers shall be in the English language and in U.S. dollars. All interested suppliers may submit an offer.
