- Description
- Description: Buckley Air Force Base, CO has a requirement for official commercial travel services. The contractor shall provide all personnel, labor, equipment, materials, supervision, training and other items as necessary to perform operations of commercial travel services at Buckley Air Force Base. The acquisition is a total small business set-aside. This acquisition will be accomplished as a commercial purchase using acquisition procedures in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract with a basic and four six-month option periods. The Government anticipates providing the following facilities: office area of 130 square feet with an additional 36 square feet of storage area and separate cubicle area of 57 square feet with an additional 9 square feet for storage. This contract will contain a special, No Cost Termination for Convenience of the Government Clause for implementation of a Defense Travel system (DTS) contract for world wide Travel Program. Basis of award will be past performance, discount, and or transaction fees with past performance and fees being of equal value. Request for Proposal is available only on the Internet at http://www.eps.gov Potential contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry to be eligible for award. (See Internet site: https://ccr.dlsc.dla.mil.) Request for Proposal will be available on or about 27 December 2001. Request for Proposal will close on or about 28 January 2002. When the solicitation is posted, it is imperative interested parties review this site frequently for any updates/amendments. By submission of an offer, the offeror acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract resulting form this solicitation. Lack of registration in the CCR database will make an offeror ineligible for award. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. Applicable North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code and size standard are 561510/$1M.
