- Description
- The U.S. General Services Administration is seeking expressions of interest in leasing approximately 18,200 rentable square feet (to yield a minimum of 15,800 BOMA usable square feet) of quality office space in the Central Business District (downtown) of Buffalo, New York for a maximum 5 year term. This is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all responses will be considered by the Government. A determination not to compete this proposed lease contract is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received together with the cost for moving, telecommunications, alterations and other factors will be used for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement.
