- This Sources Sought Notice is to provide a Draft Performance Work Statement for Industry Comment and to search the marketplace for possible contractors who are interested in providing this type of service on the Island of Kauai, Hawaii. An A76 Cost Comparison Study for PMRF Morale Welfare & Recreation is being conducted in accordance with the OMB Circular A-76 Cost Comparison procedures. The draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) is located on the Internet at http://www.cic.pearl.fisc.navy.mil. The period of acceptance for comments is no later than 28 February 2002. Comments should be provided to Ms. Paulette Mesiona at paulette_d_mesiona@pearl.fisc.navy.mil or sent via facsimile to FISCPH Attn: Ms. Mesiona at (808)473-5750. It is requested that all interested parties submit with their comments the company name, address, telephone/facsimile numbers, email address, point of contact and business size. The Government will consider all comments received and revise the PWS periodically, as necessary, but will nto provide individual responses to the comments.
