Description

NA This is a solicitation for commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will be issued. Solicitation number DADA16-02-T-0045, is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 97-21. Requirement is for a Hush-Sl ush machine. This solicitation will be evaluated based on technical capability, past experience, performance and price. This acquisition incorporates the following FAR Clauses: 52.212-1 INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS-COMMERCIAL ITEMS (OCT 95); 52.212-3 REPRE SENTATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS; ETC., which must also be completed and submitted along with the proposal. A copy of the solicitation is available on FACNET and http://acquisition.army.mil/default.htm. ALL OFFERS ARE DUE BY 4:00 P.M. PACIFIC STANDARD TIME ON FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 15, 2002.
