- NA NOTE: Any prospective bidder/offeror interested in obtaining plans and specifications for this solicitation must register on our website at https://ebs.sas.usace.army.mil/ or 144.3.144.214. Contractors may view and/or download this solicitation and all amendments from the internet after solicitation issuance. Plans and specifications will be issued on Compact Disk (CD-ROM) and will be provided to prime contractors and plan rooms ONLY. A total of fifty (50) CDs will be issued on a first come first ser ved basis. Paper copies of this solicitation will not be available. Description of Work: The project requires the construction of a Language Training Facility, to include classrooms, administrative instructor preparation areas, utility systems, sidewalk s, driveways, landscaping, HVAC, and lighting systems. Also, storm drainage and other site improvements . The estimated cost of the project is between 1,000,000.00 to $5,000,000.00. Options may be included in the solicitation. Network Analysis will be required. This solicitation is issued on an unrestricted basis pursuant to the Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988. This solicitation will be issued in electronic format only and will also be available on or about March 1, 2002 on the inte rnet at https://ebs.sas.usace.army.mil/ or 144.3.144.214. Notification of amendments will be through use of the Internet. No additional media (CD-ROM, floppy disks, faxes, etc.) will be provided. It is the contractor?s responsibility to check the Int ernet address provided below as necessary for any posted changes to this solicitation and all amendments.
