- NA This acquisition is an Urgent requirement for manpower, engineering, integration, inventory control, shipping, receiving, operation and maintenance for the AMC Multi Media Communications System (MMCS) Systems at both OCONUS and CONUS deployed sites and For t Monmouth in support of Enduring Freedom. Contractor personnel will be required to deploy with systems to Afghanistan, Kuwait, Uzbekistan, Philippines and other locations in support of Enduring Freedom. This urgent acquisition will be on a sole source b asis with Technical and Management Services Corporation, of Calverton, MD. The contract for these commercial services will be Firm Fixed Price. This action will be processed on a sole source basis IAW FAR 6.302-2(a)(2) and 10 USC 2304 (c), however all re sponsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. Solicitation is expected to be issued on 15 February 2002 and will be posted to the Army Business Opportunities Page. All offerors are required to be registered with the CCR .
