Description: NA Red River Army Depot, 100 Main Drive, Texarkana, Texas, intends to solicit, negotitate and award a sole source PO to SeghersBetter Technology, USA, Inc, Austell Ga, 30168, for maintenance of the Fluidized Bed and Rubber Denuding Sytem. Contract will be f or a base year and one option year. Service will include 3 quarterly level 3 service calls and an annual Level 4 maintenance call. This is considered a commercial service being procured under simplified acquisition procedures. This notice of intent is no t a request for proposal or quotes, however any received before 28 Feb 02 may be considered.
