- Description
- Provide paving services on Pope AFB, NC, to include furnishing all plant, labor, equipment and materials. The services include, but are not limited to: a) Runway repair and construction, PCC and AC; b) Parking apron repair and construction, PCC; c) Taxiway repair and construction, PCC and AC; d) Street construction and overlay; e) Parking lot construction and overlay; f) Curb, gutter and sidewalk construction; g) Drainage structure construction and repair; and h) landscaping. This action is being considered for 100 percent set-aside for HUBZone small business concerns. Interested HUBZone small business concerns should indicate their interest to the Contracting Officer, in writing, as early as possible but not later than 10 calendar days of this notice. A decision on whether this requirement will be pursued as a HUBZone small business set-aside or on an unrestricted basis will be posted on FedBizOpps within 5 calendar days after the 10 calendar days have expired. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 234110 and the size standard $27.5 million applies. Performance period is 1 Oct 2002 through 30 Sep 2003, plus four option years. The project magnitude for the base year is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000 and the project magnitude for each option year is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. All prospective offerors must have a Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Code and be registered with Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at http://www.ccr2000.com/. Release of the solicitation will be via the Internet only. Interested parties may download the solicitation from http://www.eps.gov, where it will be posted on or about 12 July 2001.
