- The Government intends to negotiate with Social and Scientific Systems, 6101 Executive Boulevard, Suite 350, Rockville, MD 20852 for the development of agreements, disbursement of grant funds, and maintenance of records for the Terry Beirn Community Programs for Clinical Research on AIDS (CPCRA) as funded by and between the Interagency Agreement between the National Institutes of Health and the Research & Development Office of the VA Medical Center, Washington, Dc. This is not a request for proposals. See numbered note 22.
