- Description
- This solicitation is for an indefinite quantity corporate contract for the procurement of sole source, part-numbered items manufactured by Aircraft Braking Systems (CAGE 0B9R9) for a one-year base period and four one-year option periods. It is anticipated that the contract will be written in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. DSCR currently does not have a data package for the NSNs included in this solicitation. The NSNs, part numbers, and annual estimated quantities are available upon request. Alternate offerors must submit a complete technical data package for each NSN for approval in order to be considered for the award. FOB Origin. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The anticipated award date is 15 March 2002. In accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), other than full and open competition applies.
