RFP#: SP0440-02-R-2080. Contracting Officer: Glenice L. Daniel-Chambers/804-279-3158. Issue Date: March 6, 2002, Closing Date: April 5, 2002. Subject item is non-commercial. The requested delivery schedule cited in the RFP is FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance at Destination, 98 DARO. Subject RFP is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a Base Year and four (4) Option Years. The RFP Estimated Annual Demand for the Base Year is 58 each. The Estimated Annual Demand for the Option Years is 40 each. Surge and Sustainment coverage does not apply for this requirement. A Technical Data Package is not available for this NSN and requestors should not submit TDP requests to DSCR-VABA. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
