- NSN 4210-00-270-4512 Carbon Dioxide Fire Extinguisher, five pounds, nonshatterable cylinder.Drawings and specs required. 3594 Ea to Richmond, Va. Required delivery schedule is 60 days. Primary quantity is 3594 Ea. 1st alternate quantity is 5000 EA and 2nd alternate quantity is 7000 EA. Past performance and price will be of equal importance. Delivery will be an evaluation factor.
