(31442) p/n 3D83653G01. 8 each to be delivered to New Cumberland, PA in 400 days after date of award; 10 each to be delivered to Norfolk, VA in 400 days after date of award. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. See note 26. The solicitation will be available on its issue date of 5 Mar 02 at http://dibbs:dscccols.com/rfp. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. Proposed procurement contains a 50% option for increased quantities. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
