- NA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are reque sted and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation DAHA17-02-T-0010 is hereby issued as a Request for Quotations. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001 -03. The North American Industrial Classification Code (NAICS) is 421430 and the business size is 500 employees. This is a 100 percent hub-zone small business set-aside. The government reserves the right to award on an all or none basis. An award will be made based on price and technical specifications.
