- Service: Provide logistics data services to Defense Supply Center Richmond (DSCR). Data services are to be provided via CD-Rom or internet technology format. These services will be accessed through the DSCR local area network (LAN). Compatibility with the DSCR LAN is essential. The logistics data service products shall allow for various types of searches and the ability to identify and provide detailed data elements for specific National Stock Numbers (NSN)/National Item Identification Numbers (NIIN) and manufacturers' part numbers. Product must be capable of being distributed to multiple users through the DSCR LAN. The product must be available to all DSCR users with up to 150 concurrent users allowed. The product must be approved for use by the DSCR Information Resources Technical Review Board (TRB). The DSCR Information Resources Technical Review Board approval will be based upon compatibility with the DSCR LAN, the DSCR standard desktop workstation configuration and Windows 2000. Offeror must provide access to the product to guarantee product features meet the Statement of Work requirements and allow Information Resources to test the product to insure compatibility. The product must include data from multiple Government sources including the Federal Logistics Information Service (FLIS), Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, Coast Guard, General Services Administration (GSA) and National Aeronautical and Space Administration (NASA). Product must allow searches by multiple fields including Part Number, Commercial and Government Entity Code (CAGEC), Source of Supply (SOS), Federal Supply Class (FSC), Item Name Code (INC) and Approved Item Name (AIN). Inquiry replies must provide FLIS Header, Reference and Management data fields with links to other available data files. Characteristics search capability must be provided. Information responses must be provided to the screen, printer or disk. Users must be able to select individual data fields to create tailored data reports. The user must be able to select a report output format, which allows data transfer to other software applications, such as, spreadsheet, database or word processing. Period of performance is 4/01/02?3/31/03, with four one year option periods. This solicitation will be issued 2/19/02 as a total Small Business Set-Aside, the applicable NAICS code is 514191 with a size standard of $18 Mil.
