Description

The Naval Air Systems Command intends to issue a cost plus fixed fee modification under NAVAIR contract N00019-01-C-0027 for engineering analyses and studies on the various United Kingdom Tactical Tomahawk Weapons Control System (UK TTWCS) related subjects. The Engineering Analysis and studies include, but is not limited to, hardware issues, software issues, parts obsolescence, training and manning issues, and all other TTWCS issues. NAVAIR intends to negotiate the proposed modification on a sole source basis with Lockheed Martin Management and Data Systems, King of Prussia, PA. Lockheed Martin is the prime contractor for the development of the TTWCS for the USN and UK customers. A directive from the United Kingdom requested that a contract be placed with Lockheed Martin Management and Data Systems to perform these tasks. See Notes 22 and 26!!
